Dental Hygienists

Shelley Blackburn, RDH

Shelley was born in Greenville, NC. She graduated from Halifax Community College with an associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene in 2013. She has been working with Henderson Family Dentistry since 2016. In her free time, Shelley enjoys traveling with family and spending weekends at Lake Gaston.

Kristin Salmon, RDH 

Kristen has been with Henderson Family Dentistry since 2005. She graduated from the Halifax Community College with an associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children. 

Dental Assistants

Jeanette Edwards, DA II

Jeanette was born and raised in Vance County. She is married, has 2 children and 3
grandchildren. She has been a Dental Assistant for over 20 years. She enjoys gardening,
cooking, and playing the piano. 

Wanda Brame, DA II

Wanda was born in Granville County and raised in Henderson, NC. She started dental assisting in 1982 and with on the job training and UNC classes. She has enjoyed working as a Dental Assistant for 33 years.

Vickie Humbert, DA II

Vickie has been a Dental Assistant for 15 years. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her family.

Donna Lee, DA II

Donna was born in Beaufort County, NC. She lives in Kittrell, NC. She enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and going to the lake and beach.

Ebony Woodard, DA I 

Ebony was born and raised in Henderson, NC. She graduated from Southern Vance High School in 2011. She attended N.C. Dental U and graduated in 2017. Ebony loves her job as a Dental Assistant. She enjoys helping and interacting with others. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family.  

Office Staff

Jamie Brummitt - Office Manager

Jamie was born and raised in Oxford, NC. She graduated from J.F. Webb High School and has been with the practice since 2001.

Jessica Morris - Assistant Office Manager 

 Jessica is a native of Granville County. She graduated from Vance Granville Community College in 2002. She has been with Henderson Family Dental since 2009. During her free time she enjoys fishing at Lake Gaston, playing the piano and spending time with her family.

Kim Forbes - Patient Coordinator 

Kim was born in Tacoma, Washing. She grew up and graduated in Oxford, NC. She loves spending time with her 7 grandchildren.
