Dental Hygienists
Kristin Salmon, RDH
Kristen, RDH,
has been a valued member of the Henderson Family Dentistry team since 2005. She earned her associate’s degree in dental Hygiene from Halifax Community College and is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to every patient. Outside of the office, Kristen enjoys spending quality time with her Fiancé' and two children.
Lyndsey, RDH has been with our office since 2025. Our dental hygienist began her dental career by studying dental assisting at UNC in 2004 and went on to graduate from Wake Tech in 2011, earning her credentials as a registered dental hygienist. She is passionate about providing gentle, thorough care and helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. Outside of the office, she enjoys riding horses, spending quality time with her children, and caring for animals—she’s a true animal lover at heart.
Dental Assistants
Wanda Brame, DA II
Wanda DA II
was born in Granville County and raised in Henderson, North Carolina. She began her career in dental assisting in 1982 through a combination of on-the-job training and coursework at the University of North Carolina. With 44 years of experience in the dental field, Wanda brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to patient care. She takes great pride in supporting both patients and providers to ensure a comfortable and efficient dental experience.
Donna Lee, DA II
was born in Beaufort County, North Carolina, and currently resides in Kittrell, North Carolina. She serves as the Lead Dental Assistant and Head Clinical Manager, bringing strong leadership and extensive clinical experience to the practice. Donna is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and clinical excellence. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing at the lake or beach.
Talley Sanes, DA II
She is currently a resident of Henderson, North Carolina, and has dedicated many years of service as a Dental Assistant II. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to patient care. Outside of the office, she enjoys attending estate sales and spending quality time with her daughter and her significant other.
